 Required Documentation:

All employees must have the following:
Arkansas Department of Health Certification
National Registry Card
Valid Drivers License
Tuberculosis Test
Health Care Provider CPR Card
BTLS

Paramedics must also have:
ACLS
PALS
PHTLS

If you do not have PALS, BTLS or PHTLS you must agree to get those certifications within six (6) months after your
first day on the schedule.
